2026 On-line Edition Notes
This on-line edition presents the 2014 Internet Peering Playbook as a faithful historical record, with the original text preserved verbatim. The two chapters on Remote Peering and International Peering, which appeared in the printed 2014 Edition but never made it to the original on-line edition, are included here for the first time.
Several AI-assisted features were added in 2026 to make the book more useful on the web: chapter summaries, predictions in Chapter 16 graded against current reality, glossary popovers for peering terminology, and an interactive Peering Break-Even calculator alongside the Business Case chapter. These additions are clearly labeled where they appear and do not alter the original 2014 text.
